Deception of Islamic Law (part 1)

Jizyah Tax Law For Non-Muslims　  THE JIZYAH TAX LAW
The consequence of this is that in an Islamic State – specifically the Khilafah – non-Muslims should be denied Government posts, since the state exists for the Muslims, who alone are true citizens, whilst the non-Muslims are merely conquered residents, and the Jizyah signifies this:
That is why the Islamic state offers them protection, if they agree to live as Zimmis by paying Jizya, but it can not allow that they should remain supreme rulers in any place and establish wrong ways and establish them on others. As this state of things inevitably produce chaos and disorder, it is the duty of the true Muslims to exert their utmost to bring an end to their wicked rule and bring them under a righteous order. [20]
Differences of taxation demonstrate distinctions in citizenship. As a symbol of subjection, it signifies that the state is not really the common property of all its permanent residents, but only the Muslims. The non-Muslims are conquered outsiders. It demonstrates their inferior condition. It also punishes them for their disbelief in Islam. Islamic law makes it very clear that the Jizyah is punitive in character. [21] Further, it is to levied with humiliation. [22] Hence, it is in no way comparable to Western tax systems. Even progressive taxation is not a 'punishment' for economic success, nor is any tax specifically humiliating in character.  
This illustrates that essentially, in an Islamic State, the non-Muslims are in a worse situation than prisoners out on parole, since they are still being punished – they are not considered 'good, law-abiding citizens' however exemplary their conduct, but rather criminals given day-leave. Their crime is their faith. [23]
Moreover, their crime is capital in nature – they deserve death. [24 This demonstrates the unique character of the Jizyah tax – unlike Western taxes, payment does not grant equality and liberty to the payee, but rather merely permission for another tax period to live; failure to pay it results in death. Again, it is rather analogous to a convict on parole regularly visiting the police station or parole officer to register. This is different from the case of someone in the West who refuses to pay his tax for whatever reason; he is punished, though it must be stated not by execution, for breaking the law. The reverse is true with the Jizyah – the tax itself is punishment, and the payee lives in the permanent condition of being punished for his faith until he converts. Sharia in Europe Today.   
When you study Islam in Europe today, you are seeing America in 20 years. Why? The actions by Muslims in Europe are based on Sharia law, the same Sharia law that is beginning to be implemented in America today.
· Traffic cannot move in London streets as Muslims commandeer the streets to pray-a political result based on Sharia law. A· Entire areas of Europe are no-go zones for non-Muslims, this includes the police. These are Islamic enclaves where only Muslims live. The Muslim-only policy is based on Sharia.    · In England an Anglican bishop calls for the rule of Islamic law
for Muslims. The bishop is obeying Sharia law.
· In the schools only Islamic approved texts can be used. This is based on Sharia law.
· Christians may not speak to Muslims about Christianity nor may they hand out literature. This is a political result based on Sharia law enforced by British courts.
· Rape by Muslims is so prevalent that Sweden has forbidden the police to collect any data in the investigation that would point to Islam. Rape is part of Islamic doctrine as applied to non-Muslim women.   
· In London mass demonstrations by Muslims call for the end of British law and Sharia law to rule all people. This political action is based on Sharia.
· In some English hospitals, during Ramadan fast (an Islamic religious event) non-Muslims cannot eat where a Muslim can see them. The submission of non-Muslims is based on Sharia law.
· At British hospitals, Muslim women are treated only as Sharia law demands.  
· If a Dane says that he is proud to be Danish near a Muslim, it can be seen as hate speech and racism. This is in accordance to Sharia law.
Sharia in America Today.
Here are current and historical events in America that are driven by Sharia law:
· On September 11, 2001 jihadists attacked and destroyed the World Trade Center. This was in compliance to the laws of jihad found in the Sharia law. The attack was a political action based upon a religious motivation.
· Textbooks in America must be approved by Islamic councils. This is in accordance with Sharia law.    
· American employers and schools are met with demands for time and space to do Islamic prayer. These demands are based on Sharia law.
· The American banking system is becoming Islamicized with Sharia financing. Our banking system indulges in Sharia financial law and does not know the rest of Sharia law.   
· Universities are asked to close swimming pools and other athletic facilities to be used for Muslim women.
· Hospitals are being sued for not having Sharia compliant treatment.
· No course at the college level uses critical thinking in the history and doctrine of Islam. Under Sharia no aspect of Islam may be criticized.
· Muslim charities give money to jihadists, as per Sharia law.
· Muslim foot-baths are being installed in airport facilities, using tax money. This is in accordance with Sharia law.
· American prisons are a stronghold of proselytizing for Islam.   
· Workplaces are being made Islamic worship sites through special rooms and time off to pray. This is in accordance to Sharia law.
· Islamic refugees bring all of their wives for welfare and medical treatment to America. Authorities will not act even when Polygamy is pure Sharia.   

The Deception Of Islamic Law (part2)

· We are fighting wars in Iraq and Afghanistan to implement constitutions that have the supremacy of Sharia law as their first article.
The value of human dignity9] Thus, the honor of a Christian woman is not considered equal to that of a Muslim woman. This ruling is quite chilling.A particularly objectionable ruling concerns the Christian wife of a Muslim man. Their difference in religion precludes their common burial place. Moreover, if she be pregnant at time of death, the fetus, being considered Muslim, cannot be buried in a Christian cemetery, and thus the woman may not be buried there either, and so must be buried in a 'neutral' place. [10   
That tactic that is most often used, especially in their states, is to always look for an opportunity to charge any non-Muslim with blasphemy, a crime punishable by death according to Islamic law. More so than a political ideology, Islam is primarily communist in practice that imposes itself by the sword, bombs (destruction of churches), and by force. Obviously, this considerably disadvantages non-Muslims, and becomes of practical import when we consider the frequent charges of blasphemy used by Muslims against Christians in places like Pakistan, which usually have an ulterior motive (often personal or land disputes). Legal conditions such as these give unscrupulous Muslims the idea that it is 'open season' on minorities. A similar ruling endangers the inheritance rights of Christian wives of Muslims. [8] Again, this gives opportunity to dishonest Muslim relatives of a widow.Taking Over Land (part 2):
The Second Tactic or Device Implemented By Muslims: Ban on the construction of new churches in their states... Most Western constitutions today guarantee complete religious liberty, in opinion, practice and propagation. A person is perfectly free to hold or change his opinions, or even hold no religious opinions whatsoever. Under Islamic law, however, this is not the case. Whilst a person may be free to be a Muslim, Jew, Christian or Zoroastrian, he may not hold other religious opinions, as the ban on paganism illustrates. [13]
Moreover, whilst a non-Muslim may change his religion to Islam or one other 'Scriptural' faith, a Muslim who converts from Islam faces execution. [14] It follows from this that Christians are forbidden to proselytize Muslims, though no such reciprocal ban exists on Muslims. This also affects marriages, since if a Muslim apostatizes, the marriage is dissolved, and there is at least one recent example of this in Egypt, where a liberal Muslim was declared apostate by a court, and his marriage dissolved, necessitating the couple's removal to the West, illustrating that the ruling is not merely theoretical. [15

Most blatantly, whilst the post-war era, especially since the 1970s, have seen an energetic upsurge of mosque construction in the West, there has been no corresponding development in Christian religious buildings in the Muslim world, since Islamic law permits only the repair of existing buildings, forbidding the construction of new ones. [16

Is The U.S. Government Vulnerable To Change For The Worse?America is, without question, the grandest and most inspiring success story in human history. Freedoms, liberties, and opportunities unimaginable in most other cultures flourish here and are vital to what it means to be an American.
Just what makes America so great and this land and its people so special?
Credit our founding fathers with establishing a framework of moral and social values that have endured for more than 220 years. Those values have resulted in unprecedented opportunities and prosperity for hundreds of millions of people.
Boundless opportunity and prosperity are uniquely American and are correctly celebrated as the "American Dream."
What would happen if we adopted the Shariah law? Certainly, the U.S. constitution would be totally destroyed, the body of law that was put together, and under which the civil rights movement was made to banish slavery, unequal liberties, and equal employment opportunity. Nevertheless, under the Shariah law,
1 Islam would be the only religion permitted and "infidels" would be subject to severe punishment, including death.
2 Muslim leaders would command offensive, aggressive and unjust Jihads.
3 Unmarried fornicators would be whipped and adulterers stoned to death. Husbands would be allowed to hit their wives even if the husband merely fears aggressiveness from his wife.  
4 Homosexuals would be executed.   
5 Muslim critics of Muhammad, the Quran and even Sharia would be put to death.
6 Highway robbers would be crucified or mutilated.   
7 An injured plaintiff would be allowed to exact legal revenge " physical eye for physical eye.
8 A hand would be cut off as punishment for thieves, male or female.
9 Drinkers and gamblers would be whipped.10 Adoption of Sharia law would take America back several centuries and wipe out all progress in the areas of human right, equality and tolerance.In short, there is no moral underpinning to Islam.  Sharia law: America and the world can live without it  
Islam - A Peaceful Religion??  Are Muslims the new Communists? Well, let's examine possible answers. One fact about Muslims is that they are constantly trying to subjugate other nations to their politics and/or religion. One example is the Shariah law, and the other example is the amount of taxes that non-Muslims have to pay in order to live in their states, unless they convert to Islam. That seems to be a major form of what we Americans know to be "communism." Any mandated or institutionalized legal system where one race of people must pay a higher tax than the other race of people, is absolutely wrong, and is a branch of communism, which is what the Muslims, by practice, want to impose on the American government. What is this tax law that non-Muslims will have to pay that Muslims don't have to pay?Are Muslims tolerant of other religions? Is Islam a peaceful religion?  The Deception of Islamic Law:   
Despite the fact that humans have a right to the defense of their own personal property, a fundamental liberty, and that its violation will be prosecuted according to law, American constitutional laws particularly, this is not the case when it comes to Islamic law, especially according to the haram to Muslims. In fact, they (Muslims) have an ambiguous stipulation that allows a Muslim to be prosecution-free even if he wrongfully confiscates any property from a non-Muslim under the notion that his reason for doing so was that the possession of the non-Muslim was considered an idol, i.e., if a Muslim stole an item from a Christian, such as a gold crucifix, and then stated that he did so in order to destroy this 'infidel' object, he may escape prosecution. [
12] Hence, there is nothing clear-cut in Islamic law which protects the property of Christian subjects, as would be the case in most Western systems which protects all property per se, whatever people's race or faith.
